Morning Heat sessions - Warmups from 8:00 am for a 9:00 start.
Afternoon Final Sessions - Warmup from 4:30 pm for a 5:30 start.

No medals on offer.
All swum as Open rather than individual age groups.

Junior Challenge will be run between the Heats session in the morning and the finals session in the afternoon.

Please note that all Entry times must have been achieved since Friday, 1 January 2016 and must have been achieved in a Long Course (50m) pool..
